Journal of Osteology and Sports Sciences (JOSS) is an international peer-reviewed journal that focuses on the latest advancements in the diagnosis and treatment within the fields of orthopedics (osteology) and sports medicine, published online quarterly by Global Open Share Publishing.
Open Access: This journal operates under an Open Access model, providing free access to all readers. Currently, there is no Article Processing Charge (0 APC).
Rapid Publication: manuscripts are peer-reviewed and a first decision is provided to authors approximately 21 days after submission; acceptance to publication is undertaken in 14 days.
Recognition of Reviewers: reviewers who provide timely, thorough peer-review reports receive vouchers entitling them to a discount on the APC of their next publication in JOSS, in appreciation of the work done.
